  • What types of events do you plan?

    April plans weddings, parties, baby showers, corporate events, community gatherings or anything worth celebrating.
    She is based in Bluefield, VA, but is happy to travel up to 3000 miles to bring your event vision to life.


  • What is the booking process like?

    Start by booking a free 15-minute consultation or just give us a call. We’ll talk through your ideas and create a plan that works for you.


  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes a deposit will be required to begin services immediately.


  • How much do your services cost?

    Cost will be determined as to how big of an event you wish to do.  Set a budget and give us a call. If you wish to pay by the hour, we can do that too. Our fee is budgeted for $ 125.00 per hour.

  • How do we communicate throughout the planning process?

    We’re flexible, we can connect via calls, texts, emails, or even in-person meetings, depending on what works best for you.

  • Do you help with vendor selection and coordination?

    Absolutely! April has made many connections with various vendors and has learned how to negotiate on time and pricing.

  • Do you offer full-service planning or just day-of coordination?

    Both, whatever your need, April can help.

  • Do you travel for events?

    Yes, up to 3,000 miles.
